 Now as we proceed to our main training, this soda soap training will be teaching you requires just few basic ingredients which are;
+ Caustic soda,
+ water, and
+ bleached palm oil.
 Now Let’s get into the process;
I’ll start by measuring 300 grams of bleached palm oil into my mixing vessel.
N/B: Make sure you get the right measurements for any ingredients you’re measuring because any inaccurate measurements can affect the outcome of your production.
 The Next thing is to measure 50 grams of caustic soda and 120 grams of water.
N/B: measurements are in Mils and grams and the measurements too can be done using a calibrated cup if you don’t have any scale available.
  The Next thing is to dissolve your caustic soda with water.
Before I continue, I’ll employ you to put on a safety tools like the robber gloves. when you get to this stage and also make sure to stay in an open space while making any production with chemicals.
Of course Children are also prohibited around because caustic soda is very dangerous to the skin.
Next, pour your measured caustic soda into your measured water, stir it and leave it for some hours to cool down before using it.
  I’ll pour my lye solution which is the mixture of water and caustic soda gradually into my oil and stir thoroughly to mix and also to avoid it being lumpy. When it is well mixed, I’ll then pour it into my prepared containers then hit the containers against my working surface to settle so that the outcome of the soap will be smooth and neat.
N/B. You have to grease your container with oil before you pour or transferring your soap into it to enable easy removal when the soap hardens up.
  I’ll leave my soap for 24 hours or less to harden up then I’ll remove them from the molds.
