*Ingredients/measurements*
– 650ml of Shea butter/palm kernel oil
– 50 grams calcium powder
– 300ml if lye solution (caustic soda/water )
– Fragrance
– Vitamin E oil
– 30ml of glycerin
– Colour (choice)
* Now let’s know the Process*
– Add melted Shea butter and palm kernel oil in a bowl, then go in with fragrance.
– Dissolve calcium powder with the lye solution which you’ll pour the lye solution directly into the calcium powder and mix properly to dissolve.
N/B. Calcium powder is good to the skin, helps to clear some skin infection and also acts as filler to the soap. So it’s a necessary ingredients in your bathing soap. It shouldn’t be too much in other not stop the soap from lathering.
-next, pour in the mixture of the lye solution and the calcium powder into the oil gradually, and stir it consistently to mix properly
– Add some vitamin E oil to the production
– Then go in with glycerin and give it a proper stir.
– Add any Colour of your choice and give it a proper mixing to combine.
– Transfer the production into the molds and leave it for at least 5 to 8 hours to hardened up
– After the time, unmold and leave them 1 to 2 days to cure.
– proceed to packing.
N/B. If you want it in massive quantity, double or tipple your ingredients.
