*Ingredients/measurements*
– 1.5ml of PKO and palm oil
– 2 litters of water
– 250 grams of caustic
– 300 grams of calcium carbonate
– 200 grams of sodium sulfate
– 50 ml of foam booster
– silicate 20ml
– perfume (citrolina)
– colour as desired.

NOTE: IF YOU WANT TO COMBINE BOTH PALM OIL AND PKO LIKE WE DID, THEN YOU SHOULD FIRST BLEACH YOUR PALM OIL NATURALLY WITH FIRE 🔥 WITHOUT USING SULFONIC ACID AND HYDROGEN PEROXIDE IN THIS METHOD.

*Let’s know the Process*
Caution: make sure to apply some safety measures.

– Add in warm water into a mixing bowl

– Go in with your calcium carbonate and sodium sulfate, stir the mixture vigorously for everything to combine.

– Add silicate and continue stirring.

– Go in with foam booster and keep stirring the mixture for proper mix

– Add in perfume and continue the stir.

Adding perfume at this point is essential because perfume usually separate soap sometimes except you’re making a hot process soap

– After a thorough mixing, then go in with the caustic solution and continue stirring for proper mix

– Lastly, add the oil (PKO and palm oil ) mix properly

N/B. PKO is 30% while palm oil is 70%.
– The soap is ready at this stage, pour part of the soap batter into the molds, then add any Colour of your choice into the remaining soap batter and mix properly to combine then pour it into the same mold.

If the soap batter is light, there won’t be need of putting spatula to Stir it’s up. But if it’s thick, you can put your spatula just to spread the soap for the colour to touch each other properly.

N/B: you can use as many colour as you like to produce this soap using this method.

– Leave the soap for 24 hours to hardened up, then Unmold them and leave it to cure at about another 24hrs more.

– Cut them and proceed to packing.
