In this article, I’ll show you how to make brown soap with brown sugar colour and with 50/50 of oil and water depending on the amount you’ll prefer to make and this will also attract customers and boost your sales as well.
I will be making this brown soap without alcohol, glycerin and stearic acid. Infact I’ll make use of 100% of palm kernel oil in this production.

*The Ingredients needed will include;
– 360 grams of caustic soda
– 2 litters of water
– 2 litters of oil
– 200 grams of calcium
– 100 grams of soda ash
– 50 grams of silicate
– Brown Suger colour
*The process*
– Divide the water into two, use one liter to dissolve your caustic soda and set aside.
– Measure your oil into the mixing vessel, then pour the lye solution gradually and Stir to mix properly and then set it aside as well.
N/B. Stirring the soap very well will help the soap in lathering very well too.
– While waiting for the soap to cook up, warm the remaining 1 litter of the water then dissolve the other ingredients which are: Calcium, soda ash and silicate in it.
– pour the mixture into the soap and mix properly to combine.
– Then add the sugar solution. This sugar solution will help in giving the soap the beautiful brown colour you’re looking for, help the soap to lather very well, give it a beautiful shiny look and also act as a foaming booster to the soap. Infact, you can call it a 3 in one solution.
