Going back to the main lesson, we will be needing the following ingredients to produce 1000g of detergent.
*Measurements/ingredients*
– 600g of Soda ash
– 300g of sodium sulfate
– 10g of caustic soda
– 100ml of SLES
– 50ml of SLS (foam booster)
– 1tbs of sodium benzoate
*Now let’s talk about the Process*
– Sieve your soda ash, caustic sada and sodium sulfate into your production bowl, then carefully mix everything to combine.
– Add SLES power and mix again followed by the Texapon. Mix all up to combine, then go in with the sodium benzoate and mix probably.
– Lastly add the colour sparkles. You can add multiple colours depending on what you want.
– you can now proceed to packing.
