This lesson will provide you with tips and tricks for customizing your laundry bar soaps to meet the specific needs of your customers. Now lets get right into the lesson…
  *Ingredients*
– 10 litters of oil
– 8 litters of water
– 530 grams of caustic soda
– 1530 grams of soda ash
– perfume
– colour of your choice
– 300 – 400 grams of foam booster
– 1.5kg of calcium
  *The process*
  First of all, I’d pour my caustic soda and soda ash into 6 litters of water, mixed and then kept it for sometimes for the fumes to reduce. Then gradually pour the mixture into my 10 litters of oil and mix it continuously till it’s thicken up to gell beautifully before leaving it for some times to settle.
Next I’d dissolve my calcium carbonate powder in 2 litters of water, add it to the soap mixture and stir it up again so to mix completely.
  N/B. The soda ash and my calcium carbonate are what I’d use to create profits compared to using just caustic soda and oil alone for the soap production.
Next , I’d then add any Colour of my choice and mix it very well for the colour to come out before adding my perfume as my last ingredient.
Next, I poured it into the molds and leave it for about a day or so to hardened up. The next thing to do to unmold the soaps, cut them with a soap cutter to commercial sizes and package them up for sale.
