THE PROFIT MAKING TRICKS FROM FEW SIMPLE SOAP BATCHING TECHNIQUES*
Imagine not knowing what to do with your soap pieces after removing them from your bar soaps with a grove remover or maybe you don’t know what to do with your soaps that got bad during your bar soap making process? In today’s lesson, you’re going to learn how to rebatch your soap pieces to even make more profits.
I’ll also teach you how to turn the soap pieces into tumeric skincare lighting soaps as a more expensive product as well. This technique you will be learning today is simply called “The Soap Batching Technique”.
By the way, soap batching simply means taking the condemned pieces of your soaps in the factory and repurpose them into useful bar soaps to sell again and make even more profits.

So I am going to be teaching you how to use your pieces of soaps no matter how bad it is to make useful bar soaps or use it to make even more expensive product like the tumeric skincare lighting soaps in the end. *Let’s Know The process*
First of all, I’d add a little quantity of water to my pot, put on fire to boil to about a 100°c. Then add the pieces of my soaps to the boiling water on a low heat and would allow the soap to melt completely while stirring It up continuously before bring it down from fire and poured it into the molds immediately.
N/B: It’s a soap made with calcium which means you have to be extra careful when heating it up for batching because calcium itself is not heat friendly.
Now let’s talk about the tumeric skincare lighting soap. If you’re using the laundry bar soap pieces, you’ll need to add glycerin to it for skin protection, perfume and also the tumeric powder. But if you’re using an already made bathing soap which has perfume and glycerin in it, you’ll only need to add just the tumeric powder to it. Now this actually means that you can even produce this skincare lighting soap for yourself at the comfort of your home by just buying your bathing soap bars from the retail stores and then add tumeric powder, melt them up and make your tumeric skincare lighting soap from there.
Also note that, when boiling your soap pieces and the tumeric powder, you’ll need to do a double boiling method, which simply means boiling water in a pot, placing another container on top of the boiling water, before pouring in the soap pieces to be melted, then adding the tumeric powder and stirring it continuously.
