*The process*
When ever we finish mixing the soap, I’d pour it on a neat bare flour for at least 4 hours to dry before we start to pieces it into the pot to boil for rebatching.
We’d add water to our test but not too much and boil it to liquidize.
Next , we’d then bring it down from the fire, add perfume and mix it thoroughly.
N/B. The water and the calcium carbonate is to increase the size of the soap.
We’d then cast them into the molds and leave it for the least 4 hours to hardened up before cutting them with our soap cutter and package them up for sale.
